If you don't find the answer to your question here please don't hesitate to contact me.

how do I make a purchase?

Itís very easy really, simply browse through my on-line store, decide and click on which item you would like to buy, making a choice of scent or colour if required using the drop down menu, and put it into your shopping cart. You can then choose to continue to shop or go direct to checkout.

Payment is via Paypal, so it's quick and easy as well as safe and secure -  you don't need a Paypal account to use the shopping cart.

If you would prefer, you could e-mail or post your order on the form provided and send a cheque made payable to Sue Ryan.  I will process your order as soon as your cheque has fully cleared, please note that clearance can take upto 5 working days.

what are your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

Postage & Packing rates

Value of order

Up to £15.00

From £15.01 to £25.00

From £25.01 to £35.00

From £35.01 onwards

I have tried to keep this cost as low as possible. All parcels will be sent either via the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service, which aims to deliver within three to five working days following posting or normal Royal Mail Services. For orders outside the United Kingdom (which includes the Channel Islands) I ask that you contact me before placing your order for a quote on postage, again I will wherever possible try to keep the costs down to a minimum.

how soon will I receive my parcel?
I will start to make your items straight away and will normally despatch them to you within 10 to 14 days depending on the size of your order. Therefore, it may take two or three weeks for you to receive your items.  International orders will take a little longer. Please allow a few days to pass before contacting me further if your items have not arrived.

what if my order is not in stock?
As I handmake everthing to order, the only problem I would face is if my craft cupboard is not fully stocked - I will always e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until I have the supplies required.

will there be any tax charges?
No VAT is charged to you at any time by me, until further notice.

how secure are my credit card details?
As you will be using Paypal, which is a safe and secure method of payment, I will never see your sensitive information such as your credit card numbers etc, I will only be provided with your name and address and e-mail address which I need to process your order.

what do I do if I need to return a product?
I guarantee your satisfaction and will take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, however, some things are out of my control. If any product you recieve is faulty, please contact me to arrange a refund in full. I only ask that you pay for the return postage and return the product unused.
